Final pricing depends on the actual volume delivered, distance to your location, and site access conditions. We will always confirm the final price with you before delivery.
We serve Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Delivery to specific locations within our service area is subject to road access, property conditions, and vehicle clearance. We’ll let you know during the quoting process if we can’t reach your site.
Delivery is subject to truck availability and water supply. We do our best to meet your timeline, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We’ll communicate any delays as soon as we know about them.
If you need to cancel a confirmed delivery, we appreciate as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice incur no charges. Late cancellations may be subject to a trip fee if a truck has already been dispatched.
Blue Empire Water Co. acts as a coordinator for water delivery services. Larger and potable tanker loads are fulfilled through licensed, insured local hauling partners. While we stand behind every delivery we arrange, our liability is limited to the cost of the delivery itself.
We are not liable for damage caused by site conditions you did not disclose, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
