When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (if given), city, ZIP code, delivery address, access notes, and details about the water delivery you need: volume, type, timing, and intended use.
We also capture the time you started filling out the form and, if you arrived via an ad, the campaign identifiers attached to that click (UTM parameters, Google Ads click ID).
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and coordinate delivery. We may text, call, or email you about your request using the contact method you chose.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with the delivery partners needed to fulfill your specific request.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use this site: page views, referral sources, device types. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
We may also use Google Analytics (GA4) for the same purpose. If enabled, GA4 uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser.
If you arrived at this site through a Google Ads campaign, we use conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This means Google may know you visited our site, but we do not receive your Google account information.
This site uses only analytics and advertising cookies as described above. We do not use tracking cookies for other purposes. No personal data is stored in cookies.
